Delivery Information

Delivery Costs are clearly identified during the purchase process and at the checkout stage.

Deliveries that weigh under 2kg are generally sent by Royal Mail first or second class service and many orders over 2kg by Parcel Force 24 or 48 hour service.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed due to unexpected postal delays. Delivery will be shipped to the delivery address specified when you complete the order.

Sometimes a signature may be required at the point of delivery. By placing an order with ReflectiveSafetyWear.co.uk you are authorising us or our delivery agent to accept a signature from another person on your behalf.

Goods supplied within the majority of the UK generally delivered within 3 working days (for Standard delivery) or next day (for Next day delivery) subject to orders being received before 1.00 pm. Areas of exception are Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands.

Printed & Custom request orders:

Production timings; orders are normally produced, shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days from order payment. The production times can very depending on order size  & complexity of the order subject to status.
